1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
A deposit (percentage agreed at time of booking) is required to secure reservations.
Full payment must be made before the start of the tour or transfer service.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days before arrival: Full refund (minus bank charges).
Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: Non-refundable.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Changes to Itinerary
Urithi Tours & Safaris reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will always aim to provide equal or better alternatives.
4. Transfers & Safaris
Guests must provide accurate arrival/departure details to ensure smooth transfers.
Urithi Tours & Safaris is not responsible for missed flights due to inaccurate information provided by clients.
5. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to arrange personal travel insurance covering medical, accident, loss of property, and cancellation.
6. Health & Safety
Guests must disclose any health conditions or dietary needs in advance.
Urithi Tours & Safaris follows strict safety measures, but participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and comfort, Urithi Tours & Safaris is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by natural events, accidents, or actions beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
